These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including psychic, mediumship, and spiritual readings, spiritual coaching, and any other offerings provided by Lakara With The Gift, LLC. By scheduling a session or engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Services

• Our services are intended for entertainment and/or spiritual purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice, medical treatment, or legal counsel.

• All readings and spiritual coaching are based on interpretations of spiritual energy and should not be relied upon as factual or guaranteed predictions.

• You are solely responsible for your own actions and decisions based on the information provided during your session.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Minors may only participate with written or verbal consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• By engaging in our services, you confirm that you have the mental and emotional capacity to participate and are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Lakara With The Gift, LLC and its representatives disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• No guarantees or warranties are made regarding the accuracy, relevance, or outcomes of the services provided.

• You agree that our services are provided "as-is" and that you use them at your own risk.

• Psychic medium sessions and spiritual coaching do not replace the need for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial services (For matters requiring such expertise, we recommend consulting a licensed professional.)

5. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. .

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services under any circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information shared during your session without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

• You agree not to record sessions without our prior written consent.

7. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakara With The Gift, LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided will be resolved through mediation in the state of Georgia. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Applicable Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
